how cold does my sleeping bag really need to be?
i live in boulder, CO, and am looking at down winter sleeping bags. i have found a relative deal on a -15 degree sleeping bag, but had always told myself that it should be at least -20. any input? i’d like the bag to be warm enough for conditions anywhere in CO and pretty much the continental US. not going to everest anytime soon.
